When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the items you have selected.
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable or there has been an obvious pricing or product description error. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Please check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£).
The total price of your order, including any applicable delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.
We aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.
If you purchase an item online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.
Once you have told us that you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Items may be tried on or handled as you would in a shop. However, they must be returned in a condition suitable for resale.
Where possible, items should be returned with their original packaging, labels and tags.
We cannot accept a return where an item has been worn, washed, soiled, altered or damaged beyond what would be considered reasonable handling or inspection.
Some items may be excluded from return for hygiene reasons once opened, for example sealed underwear.
If you are returning an item because it is unsuitable or you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Once we receive your returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method.
Where applicable, we will refund the standard delivery charge paid when the order was placed.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can help resolve the problem.
Your legal rights regarding faulty or misdescribed goods are not affected by these terms and conditions.

We may update these terms and conditions from time to time. The terms that apply to your order will be the terms in place when you place your order.
